Avoncroft opens Wednesdays and weekends, 10am to 3pm, until 20 December. Adults £15, under-5s free; Christmas Through Time with Santa runs 5, 6, 12 and 13 Dec.
Avoncroft Museum stays open through the winter on Wednesdays and weekends, 10am to 3pm, until Sunday 20 December 2026. Its Christmas event, with Santa, runs on the first two December weekends, and tickets are on sale now.

Avoncroft is the open-air museum at Stoke Heath, B60 4JR: 19 acres and about 30 historic buildings rescued from across the region and rebuilt, plus the National Collection of Telephone Kiosks.

The museum has not published any opening dates after 20 December. On winter days the tearoom goes takeaway-only from 3pm and closes at 3.30pm.

Booking online saves 10% on the door price. Annual membership costs £41 for an individual, £75 joint, £65 small family and £95 large family. Members get free general entry without booking, free adult entry at Christmas Through Time and cheaper children’s tickets.
Parking is free, and the site is dog-friendly, including the buildings and the tearoom.

Christmas Through Time
On 5, 6, 12 and 13 December the historic houses are decorated as they would have been for Christmas in their own period. Children collect a handmade stocking and fill it on the trail, hunt for elves, and ride the miniature railway. A ticket with Santa adds a letter to write, a timed visit to hand it over, a photo and a gift for each child aged 2 to 12.
- With Santa: child £18 (members £12), adults £15 (members free).
- Without Santa: child with stocking £13, child without £7, adult £15.
